Tracking Orders

How and where to enter our tracking number.

To find the tracking number. See the email received when you purchased, it is normally in it and then copy it and go and enter it in the appropriate box on the page that you will find in the menu at the top of the Tracking Orders page.

Please note that the tracking number may not be active at the beginning of your purchase but a few days later the time it passes to the transport section

What is CJPacket?

CJPacket is a special shipping line formed by CJdropshipping. To provide a better experience under the quarantine, the packages of CJPacket will be shipped with special airlines and trucks, which will greatly shorten the delivery time. The estimated delivery time to the Canada is 12-17 days, much faster than other shipping methods like ePacket, in the meanwhile, the price is cheaper.

To Canada, there are still delays nowadays. Because there are tons of backlogs for local post offices. It takes 12-17 days for recent orders. 

Till July 2020, CJPacket can reach 18 major countries, and Adding More Countries.

Understanding Size Differences

Asian and US sizes are like apples and oranges—both are fruits, but they’re not the same. Cultural and geographical factors influence sizing standards,


Why Sizes Vary

Our bodies differ across regions due to genetics and lifestyle. Asian sizes often cater to a generally more petite frame, while US sizes tend to accommodate a broader range of body types. Moreover, manufacturing standards play a role, as each country has its own system for what constitutes a ‘small’ or ‘large’ size.


Basic Size Conversion Principles

Converting sizes isn’t just about numbers; it’s about understanding the underlying differences. As a rule of thumb, Asian sizes usually run smaller than their US counterparts. For instance, an Asian ‘L’ might be akin to a Canada ‘M’.


Converting Asian Sizes to US Sizes or Canada

Clothing

Tops: Asian tops are typically one or two sizes smaller. If you’re a US ‘M’, you might need an Asian ‘L’ or ‘XL’. Make sure to specify this in your product descriptions to inform your customers.

Bottoms: Similar to tops, Asian pants and skirts also run smaller. It’s wise to go up at least one size. Providing a detailed size chart can help customers make informed choices.

Dresses: Asian dresses can be tricky due to varying styles. Always check the bust, waist, and hip measurements against your own. Highlight these measurements in your listings.

Outerwear: Coats and jackets follow the same rule—size up for comfort. Encourage customers to measure their chest and compare it to your size chart.


Below are some detailed examples of size charts for your reference:

Shoes

Men’s shoes: Typically, you should add 0.5 to 1 size to your US shoe size to get the equivalent Asian size. Make sure your product listings include both US and Asian size equivalents.

Women’s shoes: The difference is often about one full size. A US 7 might correspond to an Asian 38. Clear size conversion charts in your store can reduce confusion and returns.

Accessories

Hats: Measure your head circumference and compare it to the size chart. Asian hat sizes might fit snugger. Providing size charts with visual aids can help customers measure accurately.

Belts: Focus on the length in centimeters rather than the size label. Ensure that you provide detailed size information to help customers choose correctly.

Returns

Orders not Received.

CJ will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order is delivered.

a. If Your clients do not receive the package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal is necessary.

b. Tracking information alert. The tracking information shows Alert, the reasons are listed as below:

a) Incorrect/insufficient address.

b) No such number.

c) Unknown recipient.

d) Refused.

e) Do not pick up in time.

f) No safe delivery location.

g) Uncleared customs.

h) Others.

Notes:

a. The local distributor will deliver 1-3 times according to the actual situation. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage in 3-7 days. Meanwhile, Your clients need to pick up the package by themselves. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender, our logistics company. During the return, CJ takes no responsibility if products have been lost.

b. If the logistics company provides return service to China, CJ will put the products in your private inventory and will not refund them when we receive the returned items.

c. CJ cannot offer a refund or resend if you don’t process the undelivered orders or packages destroyed by logistics companies.

 

Incorrect or Missing Products.

CJ has a strict quality control process before products are dispatched. CJ will deal with incorrect or missing products as follows:

a. For incorrect products, CJ offers a full refund or replacement.

b. For products with wrong color, size which doesn’t affect product function, etc., CJ offers a refund or resend if you provide a screenshot of your clients’ complaint including name, content and date.

c. For parts missing which doesn’t affect product function, CJ may refund partially or resend the missing part; for parts missing which affect product function, CJ will resend the product only.
d. For accessories, CJ will resend the accessories.

Orders Cancellation.

For orders cancellation, CJ offers a full refund before products are processed by warehouses.


1. Deadline of Opening Dispute.

You cannot open a dispute if the order status is closed. Your dispute cannot be resolved when tracking information from a third party is untraceable.

2. Force Majeure.

CJ takes no responsibility for any product damaged or shipping delay caused by the act of god, including but not limited: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection. However, CJ will notify you by CJ Chat, Skype, Email, Line, WhatsApp etc.

3. Shipping Method Limits.

Some shipping methods are not trackable when orders arrived at all Countries, States, or Cities. CJ lists those shipping methods in advance and will not accept any disputes when you choose those shipping methods to all countries, including:

PostNL、Electric PostNL、CJPacket Eub、CJPacket Postal Route、CJPacket Postal、CJPacket Railway Economy.


Return.

Products can be returned to CJ China warehouses only. But we do not suggest returning products to our warehouses, because the international shipping cost is high and it takes at least 3 months to arrive at CJ China Warehouse. Most of them will be lost during the return. Also, most of the returned products will be damaged on the way.


Service Products.

Service products apply to the following interpretation.

a. Any disputes arising from products damaged or shipping delayed, CJ may not refund the product cost.

b. Any disputes arising from bad quality, CJ may not accept as the supplier is not CJ.

 Unacceptable Disputes.

CJ shall not accept any unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:

a. The buyer does not like it.

b. The product description is not real.
c. Products smell unusual.
d. The buyer ordered the wrong items or SKU.
e. The shipping address was provided incorrectly.
f. Product difference was negotiated in advance.
g. Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.
h. In some cases, packages returned/discarded/detained due to the consignee’s failure to comply with the work of customs clearance in line with the foreign trade policies of certain countries.
